Samsung intends to remove from the market the iPhone 5

Samsung accused Apple of violating patents in creating the iPhone 5. Thus, the judicial confrontation between the American and Korean company received a new development.

As it became known, Samsung asked the court to make the iPhone 5 a list of smartphones that violate its patents. The company intends to seek the introduction of a complete ban on the sale of the iPhone 5, claiming that its products carry innovative technology, and Apple continues to use other people’s designs.

If the court will side with the Koreans, that the iPhone 5 will get the list of banned gadgets from patent infringement. The decision can be announced for 6 November.

There is another side of the coin. If Samsung loses the dispute, it may be prohibited to implement more than 20 of its smartphones, which will be Samsung Galaxy S III.

Apple and Samsung since April 2011, involved in a fierce confrontation in the field of patent law. The company for a long time attacking each other with lawsuits. The Corporation of Cupertino in this fight is more luck. Apple managed to sue Samsung compensation of one billion dollars. Later, the Korean manufacturer was able to reduce the amount of compensation to $930 million and then to $548 million
