Samsung Galaxy S8 will soon receive an upgrade to Android 7.1

Thanks to Vodafone in Australia became aware of the fact that the Samsung Galaxy S8 will be getting an upgrade to Android OS 7.1.0 Nougat in the near future.

The Australian representative office Vodafone confirmed on its web site that Samung sent them for testing the final version of the Android firmware 7.1.0 Nougat for its Galaxy smartphones and Galaxy S8 S8+. The network operator received the update for a final review before global launch. The exact date is not specified, but this information means that the release will be soon. Most likely the first to receive updates countries such as USA, Canada and Australia.
