Announced during CES 2016 for 12.2-inch tablet Samsung Galaxy TabPro S got to Russia. In the coming days, users will be able to purchase the device in retail showrooms and Samsung through its own online store MasterPC. The iPad Pro competitor from the South Korean brand appreciated in our country in 99 990 rubles. For comparison 12.9-inch iPad is being implemented in Russia at the price of 64 990 rubles.
The tablet runs Windows 10 and is equipped with a 12,2-inch display Super AMOLED with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels, dual-Core Intel Core M3, which runs at 2.2 GHz, 4 GB of RAM and flash memory of 128 or 256 GB.
At a thickness of 6.3 mm weight Samsung Galaxy TabPro S is 693 g. the Tablet comes with LTE module and without it, the manufacturer claims that this is the first tablet running Windows 10, which supports LTE Advanced (Cat.6).
The device contains two 5-megapixel cameras, while only one of them has the auto focus system. The device is equipped with modules of wireless communication Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC and Bluetooth 4.1, modules GPS and GLONASS, accelerometer, Hall sensor and ambient light sensor. Also available with USB 3.1 Type C.
“Reseeding of the tablet from a desktop computer, you’ll barely feel the difference. The pre-installed operating system Windows 10 has intuitive interface. The new product combines the familiar tablets Samsung easily with high performance,” – said in a statement.
The base price of TabPro Galaxy S will be 100 000 rubles. For the money the kit includes a full-size keyboard. The last in the idle state performs the role of case. The battery capacity is 5200 mAh, it charges fully in 2.5 hours and allows the unit to operate up to 10.5 hours of battery life.
