“Now the roaming services in Russia uses only about 7% of subscribers. If cancel roaming charges, operators will be forced to reallocate the maintenance costs of travelers on all subscribers”, – said the representative of the Ministry of communications.
On the eve of the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) has demanded from the “big four” mobile operators in Russia within 14 days to change the tariffs so that subscribers expensive and cheapest tariffs are equally paid for the services when moving around the country.
