Recent failures BlackBerry made canadian manufacturer to think about the release of their own Android smartphones. And the latest rumors suggest that this year the company will launch at least two such gadget.

The first one is being developed under the code name BlackBerry Venice. He will become the flagship slider with a curved Quad HD display and a sliding QWERTY-keyboard. And the second smartphone with the working title Prague BlackBerry will remind cheap BlackBerry Z3.

Today the author of the Twitter account @evleaks posted a photo of an unknown smartphone BlackBerry, which is similar to the slider Venice. Virtual control keys of the smartphone suggest that the device works under the operating system Android Lollipop. But we do not know anything about its technical characteristics.

Last month, the head of BlackBerry John Chen said that the company will be released on the Android market only when will be able to produce “safe enough” smartphone. Does this picture (unless, of course, not fake), that in a short time, the canadian vendor will still make a revolution in its history and will release the first “Google phone” it is difficult to say. But doubt that this option is considered, there is less.

By the way, in June the well-known Russian blogger and analyst of Mobile Research Group Eldar Murtazin said that the first Android smartphone from BlackBerry will be released in conjunction with the South Korean company Samsung. As the operating system, he said, will make Android Lollipop pre-installed with BlackBerry services.
