Manufacturer of electronic components Pegatron has received an order for production of a new generation of smartphones iPhone. As stated by the head of the company Thun Czyzyny, the manufacturer hired additional workers. Workers will be engaged in the Assembly of large quantities of iPhones that the company will launch in the coming months.
Cooperation with Apple to release the next generation iPhone has prompted Pegatron to significantly expand production and to increase the staff. The number of employees now exceeds 100,000 people. Czyzyny’t say how big was the set, but, apparently, the workers were taken to the factory a lot. This is proof that Apple has already placed at Pegatron an order for the release of the iPhone, since the replenishment of the state of the Taiwanese company was undoubtedly guided by the planned volume of output.
Last year specifically for the iPhone 6, the company Pegatron has expanded staff by 30%. Before that Pegatron involved in the release of the iPhone 5c and then the company had also expanded the number of employees in manufacturing.
According to reports, this fall Apple will introduce two new smartphones – the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. The new generation will not differ in design from the current iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus — Apple plans to use a similar corps in the next two years. Both devices will be based on the latest hardware platform Apple A9 processor coupled with 2 GB of RAM LPDDR4. For the first time since the release of the iPhone 4s in 2011, the company will increase main camera resolution up to 12 megapixels.
