Official sales of the new 4-inch smartphone iPhone SE will launch in Russia on 5 April. On this day the novelty will appear in Russian available from Apple. Pre-order the iPhone SE started in Russia on March 29.
“The messenger” will begin selling the new iPhone 5 April throughout Russia”, — said the representative of the company Sergey Tikhonov. The representative of Inventive Retail Group (owns a network of re:Store), confirmed that the network re:Store iPhone sales SE will also begin from April 5.
New compact smartphone iPhone SE inherited the design of the iPhone 5s, but with a fully updated hardware: 64-bit A9 processor with coprocessor movement of the M9, battery with longer life, 12-megapixel iSight camera with Live Photos and support for 4K video, support for payment service Apple Pay. Wi-Fi speed in the smartphone is increased to three times, and LTE is increased to 50% compared to the iPhone 5s. In addition, SE iPhone supports more LTE bands to a wider world roaming and calls over LTE and Wi-Fi.
“The first reason people still like small phones. Second: it was their first phone”, Apple has explained the emergence of this model in the line-up of devices.
Pre-order iPhone SE in the countries of the first wave started on March 26 and March 31 will begin sales in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Singapore, UK and USA.
In Russia the cost of the iPhone SE starts at 37 990 rubles for the version with 16 GB of memory. The model 64 GB will cost 47 990 rubles. Together with iPhone SE for pre-order became available 9.7 inch iPad Pro.
