How to roll back from iOS to iOS 9.1 9.2 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

Step 1: Download the firmware file iOS 9.1 from this link.

Step 2: Check that you have the latest version of iTunes. Download iTunes 12.3.1 here.

Step 3: Save a backup copy of the data. To do this, go to settings iCloud –> Backup –> Create backup, or connect your iPhone or iPad to your computer and create backup using iTunes.

Step 4: turn Off Touch ID/Password in the basic section of settings.

Step 5: turn Off the “Find my iPhone” in Settings –> iCloud.

Step 6: connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running iOS 9.2 to your computer.

Step 7: Start iTunes and on the top of the program select the device icon.

Step 8: Hold the keyboard Shift (or Alt on OS X) and click the “Restore iPhone/iPad”.

Step 9: In the program window, specify the firmware file iOS 9.1, downloaded in step 1.

Step 10: Wait for the completion of the procedure, the recovery process the OS will take some time. Now you can use your device with iOS 9.2.
