Google has released a new version of the Google Photos app designed for Apple mobile devices. The main new feature of the update is support for AirPlay to send photos and videos on the screen of a television receiver.

So iPhone and iPad users got the opportunity to broadcast streamed content from Google Photos on the Apple TV. It is surprising that this feature has appeared only now – the first version of the application Google Photo debuted in early 2015.

The Google Photo is intended to replace the users standard cloud service iCloud. If you need to quickly free up space on your iPhone or iPad, this can be done using Google. The application is able to automatically download all taken with your phone photos and videos to the cloud and selecting “Free space” to determine which photos have already been stored in the Google cloud and delete them automatically from the memory of the mobile device.
