ESET presented the solution to corporate security iPhone and iPad

Antivirus ESET company introduced the product to centrally manage the security of iOS devices – ESET Mobile Device Management for iOS.

According to forecasts of the analytical company Gartner, by 2017 every second employee will use their own mobile devices. New product ESET will help organizations realize the benefits of the concept of BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) and to minimize the risks associated with the use of iPhone and iPad for business purposes.

ESET Mobile Device Management for iOS lets you remotely without the participation of the employees to manage the security of smartphones and tablets from Apple as part of the corporate network. The system administrator can specify Exchange settings, wifi and VPN for iOS devices, specify when to automatically lock, the complexity of the password unlock screen and the options for using iCloud.

The product supports the ability to remote lock an iPhone or iPad in case of theft or loss. The network administrator will be able to delete the missing device confidential information, including e-mail and contact list.
