Cheaper than Apple: OWC has offered a lucrative upgrade RAM for new iMac

After studying interior design desktop experts came to the conclusion that the RAM can be replaced by more productive. The basic configuration of the iMac includes 8 GB of RAM. New sets of memory modules, OWC Memory Upgrade Kit DDR3-1867 allow you to increase RAM up to 32 GB.

A set of four modules, PC3-14900 with a total capacity of 32 GB costs $264. According to estimates OWC, increasing the memory with the help of this set, the customer saves $336 compared to the iMac in configurations up to 32 GB of RAM. Additionally, you can win by passing in OWC two modules with capacity of 4 GB that was originally installed on the computer.

Also available in sets of 12, 16, 48 and 64 GB of RAM. Top-end kit for upgrade iMac includes four 16-GB module with a total cost of $1195. According to experts, all the chips have been thoroughly tested for compatibility with the new iMac. They come with a lifetime warranty.
