The operator “Beeline” holds the selection of the supplier of the content of photos and videos with the category “adult”. The content needs to be adapted for smart phone users. This is stated in the solicitation documents of the company.
“In the framework of procurement activities is necessary to choose content providers of the category “For adults”, adapted to users of mobile devices. This content will be used in the services (Windows content) developed by Beeline and provide clients with “Beeline” for a fee”, – stated in the documentation.
“Beeline” specific requirements for content. The content should be a short videos (1-3 minutes) category Light Adult. Requires at least 200 videos from at least 40 different girls. Video must be no earlier than 2012. Additional information is required — the model name, the title of the video and the model parameters (height, breast size, of any country, hobby).
The rollers should be provided in MP4 format with a resolution of 320×240, 640×480, 1280×720. For each video you want three different screenshot with the highlights video for preview. Videos can contain additional information about the model (height, breast size, country of residence, Hobbies).
Applications will be accepted until July 19, 2017. According to the results of consideration of documents will be selected two primary and two backup vendor.
