Apple sent out invitations to the presentation on September 9

Apple sent out to journalists and media representatives an official invitation to the press conference devoted to the announcement of the new iPhone. As expected, the event will be held on 9 September.

Apple traditionally does not name the topic convened press conference, however, gives hints, using the attached invitation to the image labeled Hey Siri, give us a hint (“Hey, Siri, give me a hint”). This time on the invite features the logo of the company with the interface element of the voice assistant in iOS 9.

This year the presentation of the iPhone will take place not in the Center for the arts Yerba Buena, and on the stage of the Bill Graham in San Francisco. The event will begin at 10 a.m. local time (20:00 Moscow time).

According to unofficial information appeared in recent months, Apple at the conference will present two new smartphones – the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. The device will get a touch Force Touch screen, is able to determine the effect of depression, a new Apple A9 processor, 2 GB of RAM and 12-megapixel main camera. The appearance of the machines will not significantly differ from the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

In addition to smartphones is expected to play an updated Apple TV with support for Siri and the App store. The announcement of the iPad Pro is considered possible not earlier than October.

Probably the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, like other Apple products of recent times, will appear on the market of the countries of the first wave (USA and some of the largest States in Europe) after about a week and a half after the presentation – presumably on September 18. This is confirmed by the behavior of the Apple of yesteryear. Previously, all iPhone (except iPhone 4) went after the presentation on the first Friday, and the iPhone 4s, iPhone 5 and iPhone 6 — the second.

The final release of iOS 9 is expected between 10 and 20 September.
