Apple has released a new app for iOS devices Music Memos. With its help musicians and songwriters to quickly record, organize, and develop their musical ideas directly on the iPhone and iPad.
New Apple based on the program Voice memos and empowerment for musicians: it includes features designed specifically for songwriting and development of musical ideas. In Music Memos you can record any instrument through a microphone built into the iPhone, with high quality and without compression, and then add a title, tags, and ratings to start creating a library of your ideas.
“Musicians around the world, from famous artists to talented students, create great music on Apple devices. New and innovative Music application Memos will help them to instantly record your creativity on iPhone and iPad,” said Philip Schiller, senior Apple’s Vice President of worldwide marketing.
The application can analyze the rhythm and chords of the acoustic guitar and piano to instantly add drums and bass lines, creating a custom virtual team arrangements. Music Memos can even add the basic notation and show full of chords. ICloud account is automatically available on all Apple devices: you can open them in GarageBand or Logic Pro X.
“Sometimes ideas come to me faster than I have time to put them on the laptop. So I quickly recorded a song in Voice Memos and “Notes”, before the idea escapes. Music unites these two Memos app as a powerful tool for writing songs, said the singer, musician and producer Ryan Adams. I was literally shocked to see how Music Memos you can turn one guitar phrase in a song with a virtual drummer, which is similar to live musicians reading your thoughts, offering a rich array of arrangements for double bass or bass guitar”.
