Apple has released a new application for Apple support

Apple released a new iOS app Support, designed for the iPhone and iPad. Test version of the program available to the Dutch branch of the App Store.

From the description of Apple Support for iOS:

“You need help? Apple Support is your personal assistant from Apple. Looking for answers in articles that relate to your products. Call, write in the messenger or email our experts or arrange a time to call back. Get support at the Apple Store or the nearest authorized service center. Apple Support is here to help.”

Apple moved to the Apple Support part of the functions of the app Apple Store, which is no longer possible to sign up for a Genius Bar consultation. Apple Support scans the list linked to the Apple ID devices and offers tips and instructions for working with gadgets, and also helps the specialists in technical maintenance of equipment.

In March of this year, Apple opened a new Twitter account, Apple Support, which began to publish guidance on working with the devices and answer questions. In the description of the account Apple Support says: “We are here to give you hints, tips and useful information for work with Apple devices. If you have any questions, please contact us, we will help you”.

Apple Support inform users about the hidden capabilities of the iPhone and iPad, helps you with problems. Six months for Twitter account signed up half a million people.

As already mentioned, the Apple application Support is available in the App Store for the Netherlands, the global release is expected in the near future.
