Presented renderings confirm previously known information about the design of the iPhone 8. The device will get a large 5.8-inch OLED display. The front panel will be virtually frameless, only the upper part will be a panel with the front camera, speaker and sensors.

The main camera of the iPhone 8 will be positioned vertically. This will allow the phone to work better in applications with augmented reality. On the bottom face will still be the Lightning connector, not USB.

On images iPhone 8 missing fingerprint scanner, as well as the Home key. The power button located on the right side, became more elongated. The source claims that Apple failed to integrate Touch ID into the display, so the company decided to embed the scanner in the side button. Earlier this technique was used by Sony in some of its smartphones.

Such a solution would allow Apple to release a smartphone with edge-to-edge display and convenience of the fingerprint sensor.
