“5G is not far off”: MTS has tested the network at a record speed of 25 Gbit/s

MTS representatives said that they managed to set a new speed record for data transfer in Russia.
A record data transfer rate, which amounted to 25 GB/s were achieved in Russia during the testing technologies of mobile communication of the fifth generation (5G).
Testing was conducted at the Moscow stadium “Open arena”, home to the Moscow “Spartak”.
